2. What We Check
- Website & Dashboard — this page loading means the site is being served.
- API — the REST API answers its liveness check.
- Database — the API can reach the database that holds links, accounts and analytics.
- Cache — the fast store used for redirect lookups and rate limits. If it is degraded, things still work, only slower.
3. Links During an Incident
- Redirects run on their own service, separate from the dashboard and API, so short links usually keep working even when the dashboard is having trouble.
- Running out of wallet balance never stops existing links from redirecting.
4. Monitor It Yourself
Point your own uptime monitor at these public endpoints:
